Fall fashion is gearing up and I, for one, am very excited about it.  See, down here in Texas, we are STILL having a heat wave!  I’m ready to say, “Bye bye, Tanks, Tees, and Flip Flops!  Hello, Sweaters, Scarves, and Boots!”  I saw this picture of Lauren Conrad this week and took some inspiration from her look to create my own fall transition wardrobe.

Although it hasn’t cooled off much for us in Texas, I know it has for some of you.  Sometimes that transition phase can be a little tricky.  What do you wear when it’s chilly in the morning and warm in the afternoon??  Taking inspiration from Lauren Conrad, here are some of my favorite fall transition pieces:
